Kivi Residentsid

Kivi Residentsid is an apartment building with 9 apartments in the Raatuse area of Tartu. The developer needed a sales website that presents the building and the apartment types and helps interested buyers ask for a quote straight away.

What makes this website special

• All sales information within reach: introduction, location, prices and floor plans, interior finishes, construction details, sales information and the developer are one click away in the menu.
• The building’s advantages at a glance: energy class, solar panels, terraces, connection to the city centre and more in a clear list with icons.
• Interior finish packages: three packages, Kivi, Quartz and Sapphire, each with its own description and link.
• Quote requests: a “Request a quote” button in the header and a form at the end of the page with the sales partner’s contact.
• Design: a gold logo and accents, large photos and an animated heading.

Current status

The project later moved to another company and the website is now at their address. The images were taken in October 2026.
