Who processes your data

What data we collect
- Enquiry form: name, email address, phone number (if you add it), topic and message.
- Free website review form: website address and email address.
- Email, phone and WhatsApp: the information you send us yourself.
The forms collect no other data. We do not buy or sell personal data.
What we use it for
Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote or send a website review, and if we start working together, to provide the service and send invoices. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries. We do not send newsletters or advertising without your consent.
Where the data is stored
Form data is sent by email to timo@veebivalmistus.ee. It is not stored in the website database. The website and email are hosted on servers of Virtuaal.com OÜ, a hosting provider in Estonia. We do not share data with others unless the law requires it (for example accounting documents).
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to answer your question and for possible cooperation. Invoice related data is kept for the period required by Estonian accounting law (7 years). To block spam, a cryptographic hash of the sender’s IP address (not the address itself) is kept for 1 hour.
Cookies and statistics
This website does not use cookies. We collect visitor statistics with Koko Analytics without cookies or personal data: only page views and where visitors came from (for example Google) are counted. The statistics stay on our own server and are not shared with Google or other companies.
If you choose the light or dark view, your choice is remembered in your browser’s storage (localStorage) and stays on your device only. Fonts are loaded from our own server.
External services
The WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp (Meta). If you send a message there, WhatsApp’s privacy policy applies. The Facebook link leads to our Facebook page, where Facebook’s terms apply.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to its processing. Email timo@veebivalmistus.ee. If you believe we have processed your data incorrectly, you can contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee).
Client websites and email
When we manage your company’s website or email, we process the data there on your behalf and according to your instructions, as agreed between us.
