Tamme Company of the Estonian Defence League
A website for the Tamme company of the Estonian Defence League, built to find new members: why join, member stories, joining requirements, leadership and a gallery.
The Tamme company is a unit of the Estonian Defence League responsible for the city of Tartu. We built them a completely new website free of charge. The old one did not work on mobile devices and its design was out of date.
What makes this website special
- Built to find new members: a large “Join us” button on the home page and a “Become a member” menu item lead straight to joining.
- Reasons and people: four clear reasons to join, survival skills, physical activity, brotherhood and personal growth, and feedback from members themselves with photos.
- Joining on one page: conditions, requirements for active members and the documents needed are all together.
- A transparent organisation: the board, heads of specialities, audit committee, council and membership fee each have their own page.
- Design: a dark military style with a gallery from training exercises.
